Welcome to Nickly (the "App"). The App is developed and maintained independently by the developer of Nickly ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
These Terms are an agreement between you and us regarding your download, installation, and use of the App on any platform where it is offered. We may modify these Terms when required by law or when features change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and may be noted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
If you obtained the App from an app store (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play), that store's terms of service, including any standard end-user license agreement it applies, also govern your use of the App. Where those terms conflict with these Terms regarding that store, the store's terms prevail.

The App does not provide user accounts or cloud sync. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features as needed and will try to notify you in a reasonable manner.
You are responsible for the names you create and how you use them. Do not use the App to create names that are unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonate another person or infringe someone else's rights.
Games and social platforms each have their own naming rules and character limits. You are responsible for following those rules. Using a styled name on another service is subject to that service's terms, and we are not responsible for any action that service takes on your account.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law and not to use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Labels such as "works in most games" are estimates based on which Unicode characters are commonly supported. Whether a character displays correctly depends on the font and rules of each game, app, and device. We do not guarantee that any style will display or be accepted on a particular platform.
Names of games, platforms, and other products that may appear in the App or its store listing belong to their respective owners. Nickly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, including the availability of ads or rewarded videos, how styled text displays on third-party services, or the availability of system backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of favorites or history, or actions taken by third-party services regarding names you use there. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
The App's software, interface, icons, text, decoration library, and related content are owned by us or the respective rights holders. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. You may freely use the styled names you create. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how ads, analytics, and purchases are handled.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. We may modify or discontinue the App without liability to you or any third party, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
